The files may not be shared or uploaded to other places without express written consent by Pretty Poodle Printables. This includes sharing the files via email, facebook groups, websites, blogs and discussion lists.
Event Planners
You may use these files for your customers’ party decoration, as part of your event planning services, only in the form of final printed products. You MAY NOT sell the digital files or distribute them in any way. You MAY NOT sell the printed materials from these files. Please contact us if you need clarification.
Credit on images featuring our products on your website or social media, although not mandatory, will be much appreciated.
Returns
Our Policy
Due to the nature of the digital products, we don’t typically offer refunds after the files have been downloaded / sent to your email address. However, we’ll always be available to help you if you have any concerns or problems with the files.
If you changed your mind and have not downloaded your product yet, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
If you have purchased a printed party kit, you can request a refund BEFORE your order is printed, or if there is an error on your order caused by us. No refunds are issued due to postage delays as these are out of our control. If you are unsatisfied with your order please do not hesitate to contact us with your order number and reason.
