Processing Time: Physical Cake and Cupcake Toppers
“Processing time” is the time it takes for us to make your order BEFORE it is shipped out. We design, assemble and package all physical orders during this time. Our current processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Excludes weekends and holidays.
Shipping Time: Physical Cake and Cupcake Toppers
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Estimated delivery date.
Standard Shipping Estimates:
- Canada (no tracking): 2-10 business days
- USA (partial tracking): 3-8 business days
- International (partial tracking): 7-21 business days
Fully Tracked Shipping Estimates (upgrade available at checkout):
- Canada (full tracking): 2-6 business days
- USA (full tracking): 2-6 business days
- International (full tracking): 4-21 business days
Express Shipping:
- Available within Canada only. Please message us with your postal code prior to ordering for an Express Shipping quote. Express Shipping can take 1 to 4 days depending on the province/territory.
Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Package Tracking: Physical Cake and Cupcake Toppers
CANADIAN ORDERS: Tracking is NOT included with "Standard Shipping". Please select the "Add Tracking" upgrade at checkout if you would like tracking information with your package.
USA ORDERS: Partial tracking is included with "Standard Shipping." This means that your order will be tracked within Canada only and delivery confirmation is NOT included. Please select the "USA Full Tracking" upgrade at checkout if you would like full tracking information with your package.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Partial tracking is included with "Standard Shipping." This means that your order will be tracked within Canada only & delivery confirmation is not included. For tracked packages, please select the “International Full Tracking" upgrade at checkout.
Custom and Personalised Orders
Custom requests are always welcome! Message us today to discuss a custom order. Custom orders can include font changes, special colour requests, custom shapes, and more.
Many of our items also include the option to personalize with your own custom name and/or text. To ensure the quickest turnaround time, design previews are not provided for personalized items unless specifically requested in the order notes.
If a design preview is requested, it will be sent via Etsy Conversation. Each order allows for up to 2 design previews before additional fees are incurred. Design previews are only available after the order is submitted.

I submitted the wrong address at checkout-- Can it be changed?: Physical Cake and Cupcake Toppers
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is submitted, we are able to change it for you as long as the order has not shipped. Please message us as soon as possible if this is the case.
If your order has already been shipped to the address provided, unfortunately at this point we are not able to change the shipping destination. If your order is sent back to us due to an undeliverable, invalid, or wrong address then the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping fees. Refunds will not be provided for orders shipped to a wrong address, if the wrong address was provided to us by the buyer.
Timeline for Digital Downloads / Editable Templates
Once you have placed your order you will receive a link to edit your template online using the free software Canva. No waiting for designers - get access immediately!
Are your digital files editable and what software is needed?
Yes! Our files are totally editable - you can change all the wording, fonts and flat colours. Our templates are made with the free app Canva - you just need a Canva account to access.
Does the digital template download include fonts?
The fonts featured on our designs are all part of Canva's free font library, which means yes - it's all totally included. You also have the option to change the font to a wide selection available in Canva.
Do your digital templates expire? I need a fresh copy of my template - do I need to buy it again?
No our templates do not expire, once you download them you have access to them permanently.
Not at all! To load a fresh version of your purchased template, just open the pdf we can you with the link to access - click that link to load in a new template.
